How long does it take to ship?
All veils are made to order and are processed within 5-6 business days. Once shipped, delivery times generally range from 3-7 business days within the U.S. International orders may take anywhere from 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we are only able to ship to U.S. addresses. We thank you for your continued support as we navigate this and hope to have a system in place soon.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on the shipping carrier’s website or by using the link provided in your confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, but if you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at our Contact Us page. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
What if my veil gets damaged during shipping?
If your veil arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with a return or exchange. Please keep the original packaging as we may need it to process your claim.
Can I return or exchange my veil?
Due to the personalized and delicate nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unused veils within 5 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate the return or exchange process.
What size veil should I order?
That's up to you! If you are looking for a specific length, all sizes available are listed with each product in inches.
What materials are your veils made out of?
Our veils are made from high-quality tulle, lace, and other luxurious fabrics. Each veil is ethically sourced and crafted with care to ensure both beauty and durability.
